Information about applications for projects with Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Southeast Europe for 2018
Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) is an internationally operating, left oriented, non-profit organisation for political education, associated with Germany’s »Die Linke« (Left Party). With funds from the German Ministry for Foreign Affairs, RLS office for Southeast Europe supports non-profit organisations in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Serbia, Slovenia and Romania, conducting projects which, following RLS SEE programme objectives, strengthen:
- Civil society organisations and social movements that organise workers, women, LGBTIQ+, Roma, migrants, antifascist and local communities in their capacity to advocate for social rights;
- Self-organised left actors in developing sustainable organising and building of collaborative networks on the local, regional and European level;
- Emancipatory political, social and academic actors to discuss, use and spread their gained knowledge to strengthen their political articulation in the struggle for social rights within the region and on European level.
RLS has the capacity to cooperate with a maximum of 15 non-profit organisations from the whole region on an annual basis.
Organisations who are interested in RLS funding during the year 2018 should contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a template for a »Letter of Intent«.
The completed »Letter of Intent« has to be sent to the same email address by 10th July 2017, latest. Please note that we will not consider »Letters of Intent« which are sent after this date. Only organisations whose projects are selected will be contacted by RLS until 31st July 2017.
